For buy-back transactions we may collect a government-issued ID as required by local law.

To provide services you request, communicate about your order or repair, process buy-back payments, prevent fraud, and improve our operations. We do not sell your personal information.
Data on your device
We never access, copy or transmit the contents of your device during a repair. Buy-back devices are securely erased using DoD 5220.22-M grade methods before resale or recycling; a wipe certificate is available on request.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us operate (payment processors, shipping carriers, IT vendors) under confidentiality agreements. We disclose information when required by law.
Your rights
