Agreement
By using Techy's website, stores, repair services or buy-back program, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Repair services
You warrant that you are the owner of any device presented for repair or have authorization from the owner. Locked or reported-stolen devices will be refused. You authorize Techy to inspect the device and provide a locked-in quote you may accept or decline; no work proceeds without your approval.
Buy-back
You warrant that you are the legal owner of any device sold to Techy, that it is not stolen or reported lost, and that no active carrier or MDM lock is in place. Buy-back prices are locked in for 14 days from quote issuance. All buy-back devices are erased before resale — data recovery is not possible after transaction.
Certified Renewed sales
Renewed devices are pre-owned and inspected; grade descriptions on the product page apply. Devices come with a 12-month Techy warranty and 30-day return window. Original manufacturer warranties are not transferable.
Payment
All prices are in local currency. Sales tax applies where required. Repair payment is due upon completion; refusal to collect a repaired device within 60 days may result in an abandonment fee and disposal per applicable law.
Warranty limits
Techy's warranty is limited to workmanship and parts we install. Consequential damages, lost data, or third-party costs are excluded. See our Warranty page for details.
Website use
You may not reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the website. Content is © Techy Company and may not be reproduced without permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA (for US operations), with local law applying in franchise territories.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use of Techy services after an update constitutes acceptance.
