Shipping
Certified Renewed orders over $99 ship free within the contiguous US via 2-day carrier. Orders under $99 ship flat-rate at $9.99. International shipping available to Canada, Australia and select markets — rates calculated at checkout.
Order processing
Orders placed before 2pm ET on business days ship the same day. Weekend and holiday orders ship the next business day. Tracking is emailed the moment your parcel leaves our facility.
30-day returns
Every Certified Renewed device can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery, no questions asked. The device must arrive in the same condition it was shipped, in original packaging. Return shipping is free — we email a prepaid label.
Mail-in repair
Can't visit a store? Every repair service is available by mail. Request a prepaid, insured shipping label from any product page. Turnaround is typically 3–5 business days from arrival at our repair center.
Damaged or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll replace it — no return shipping needed on our error.
Repair returns
Repair services aren't refundable once completed, but every repair is covered by our lifetime labor warranty. If workmanship or a part fails, we fix it free.
