I have been using experimac for several years and have nothing but praise for Martin and Karen and their very capable staff over the years . My husband and I are an elderly couple and often struggle with new technology. We always trust these guys to set up our new devices . They are always patient and polite. Karen set up a new iPhone for me today which proved even more challenging for me than the previous. I returned to the shop twice today and was greeted with a smile and they patiently answered my questions. I can’t believe the negative reviews as the whole team is totally professional.
