"Customer service at Experimax, Australia Fair, Southport? Eleven out of ten!! If you are looking for support for any Apple Computer, or Apple iPhone, don’t go anywhere else. Chris Rodgers and his team are just brilliant, and I’ve now had two first hand experiences with the Experimax Southport team. In the first case, my girlfriend was having performance problems with her MacBook Pro Computer, took it to a supposed Apple “expert" but got it back where files were locked and in worse condition, and several hundred $ worse off. Found Experimax at Southport, and bingo, a day and a half later, problem solved, with the computer performing like it was new. In my case, on my 14 year old MacBook Pro, when going through the regular process of freeing more space on my hard drive, my email system locked up the computer, such that I could only read emails, but do nothing else. My wireless service, and email service provider, despite several hours of trying to resolve the problem, could not do anything. It was Experimax Southport who identified the problem as the incompatibility between the service provider’s webmail system and the operating system software on my computer. No matter what anyone did, it was not going to be able to be fixed. The charge for their expertise? $ Zip, that’s right, $ Zip I now have a new Apple MacBook Air (Far less expensive than a new MacBook Pro, and not needed) lightning fast by comparison with the old MacBook Pro, and everything downloaded to the new computer. How much? Only $200 for all that expertise, work on the old computer, transfer of all applications, data, set up for the new computer, +,+,+ Needed to go back two days later because I couldn’t get my Mouse to work or my Backup Drive. I’m at Experimax for about half an hour to identify the issues, all up and working, teach me, the techo dinosaur, the right shortcuts, confirm I know what’s what by stepping me through it several times, and bingo, I’m on my way….$20 To Chris, Keiren, and the Experimax Southport team, a big THANK YOU for your great customer service, and looking after this dinosaur.” Sincerely meant Chris and Keiran, and with best regards - Kevin
