Every renewed device is covered end-to-end for 12 months against defects. Includes a fresh battery baseline and 30-day return window.
Parts · 12 months
All parts we install carry a 12-month manufacturer defect warranty from the date of service.
Data promise
We never wipe your device without written consent. Buy-back devices are securely erased to DoD 5220.22-M standard.
What's not covered
- • Physical damage sustained after our repair (drops, impacts).
- • Water or liquid exposure occurring after the repair.
- • Unauthorized third-party modifications or subsequent repairs elsewhere.
- • Cosmetic wear consistent with normal use.
- • Software issues unrelated to the hardware repaired.
Making a claim
Bring the device — and your original repair receipt or order number — to any Techy store. We'll assess the issue in-store and repair or replace at no cost if it falls under warranty. No shipping labels, no back-and-forth.
